“My parents’ vehicle needed a battery on a Friday evening. Because of their plans to travel over the weekend, I was in need of the immediate assistance of a professional car technician. Fortunately, I came across the remarkable team of professionals at Quick Fix Mobile Mechanics who were outstanding throughout the car repair process. They traveled to us for the service we needed and in between the first point of contact and the completion of their services, they remained in communication with me as a way of ensuring that they had the car part needed for the repair. The kindness, patience, understanding they extended throughout this process was divine! They treated our case as it were their own. I appreciated the way they prioritized our needs and took them seriously. My parents were very impressed with the professionals and have deemed them as their “go-to”mechanics who hold their customers in high regard. Their positive and professional attitudes and willingness to help in a pinch during the evening hours on a Friday solidified our trust and relationship with a wonderful group of mechanics and a trustworthy and reliable business that not only say they care, but show that they care about their customer base! Thank you, guys! Y’all were AWESOME!♥️”
